Kate, for her part, shared she had completed her chemotherapy treatments last September and expressed gratitude for the support she and the rest of the royal family has received over the last several months.ย
More recently though, the Princess of Walesโmom to Prince George, 12, Princess Charlotte, 10, and Prince Louis, 7 with Williamโ admitted that recovery isnโt as easy as it may seem.ย
โYou put on a sort of brave face, stoicism through treatment,โ Kate explained during a visit to Colchester Hospital in Essex earlier this month. โTreatment’s done, then it’s like, โI can crack on, get back to normal,โ but actually, the phase afterwards is really, really difficult.โ
Indeed, the 43-year-old admitted she was continuing to rely on her loved ones, adding, โSomeone to help talk you through that, show you and guide you through that sort of phase that comes after treatment, I think is really valuable.โ
