And as the Sweet Top Lemonades come in a trio of flavorsโclassic lemonade, strawberry lemonade and blueberry lavender lemonadeโthe novelists broke down which kind of beach read theyโd pair with each drink.
โTo me, strawberry lemonade kind of reminds me of second chance romance,โ Christina told E!, โso I would pick a Kennedy Ryan book because she does that trope amazing.โ
โThen classic lemonade reminds me of enemies to lovers,โ she continued, before Lauren chimed in with โIโm gonna say Love, Theoretically, by Ali Hazelwood.โ
As for blueberry lavender, Christina noted the flavors โseem to go together, even though you wouldn’t think of it.โ so it makes me think of friends to lovers.โ
And Lauren immediately knew it would pair well with โGold Coast Dilemma by Nana Malone, because they’re so different, these two characters, but they go so well together.โ
For them, summer and reading already go hand-in-hand so toss in a cold drink and youโre in for the perfect beach day.
โYou take a lemonade, take a book, you got your set,โ Lauren emphasized. โIt doesn’t matter what you’re reading, you’re on the beach.โ
For more books to check out this summer, keep reading.
