David DeLuise was enchanted by Taylor Swiftโs appearance at Selena Gomezโs wedding.
While reflecting on his onscreen daughterโs real-life nuptials with Benny Blanco, the Wizards of Waverly Place patriarch revealed one of his favorite moments of the intimate ceremony in Santa Barbara Sept. 27 was chatting with the โWildest Dreamsโ singer.
โIf I have to say one, itโs being around Taylor,โ David said on his wife Julia DeLuiseโs Instagram Story Sept. 29. โSheโs just amazing. The energy that was popping off of her.โ
Julia agreed, noting that the โLavender Hazeโ singer approached the pair and fellow Wizards costar Jennifer Stone during the nightโs events.
“She walked over while we were waiting for Selena to come to get married, and she knows Jennifer, so she came straight toward us,” Julia said in a separate Instagram Story, per People. “When she walked in, all these other people were already there, but it was like the heavens opened up and an angel descended, and it was her. She walked in and she walked up to us and we talked.”
And Taylorโs kindness wasnโt the only magical part of the night. As David described, the ceremony was special, too.ย
