โSheโs doing well,โ he exclusively told E! Newsโ Daryn Carp at the 2025 Out100 Celebration in Los Angeles Nov. 21. โAs her brother, I send her all the love and healing vibes in the world. Sheโs working so much.โ
โWeโve all had COVID at this point,โ he continued. โWe know that sheโs going to be fine.โ
During the eventโwhere Niecy Nash-Betts was honored with the Icon of the Year Awardโthe โHotel Rock Bottomโ singer also praised his sisterโs performance as Glinda the Good in the screen adaptation of the Broadway play’s second act, describing her return to the Oscar-nominated role as โfantastic.โ
โIโve seen it four times now and itโs spectacular,โ he raved. โIt gets better every single time. I learn something new about my sisterโs character every single time I watch her. Her acting is masterful. Her craft is on full display, and I encourage everybody to go see it.โ
