Kim Kardashian is one step closer to becoming a lawyer, your honor.
The Kardashians star took the Multistate Professional Responsibility Exam (MPRE) March 27, multiple outlets report. While the two-hour test is not part of the bar exam, passing it is a mandatory step to practicing law in California. Indeed, according to The National Conference of Bar Examiners, the purpose of the MPRE is to “measure candidates’ knowledge and understanding of established standards related to the professional conduct of lawyers.”
E! News has reached out to Kim Kardashian’s rep for comment and has yet to hear back.
While Kim hasn’t yet taken the bar exam, the test to obtain a law license in a specific jurisdiction, she did pass the so-called “baby bar” back in 2021 after failing the test three times prior.
“For anyone who doesn’t know my law school journey, know this wasn’t easy or handed to me,” she wrote on Instagram at the time. “I failed this exam 3 times in 2 years, but I got back up each time and studied harder and tried again until I did it!!!”
